Pastor Carter serves as an executive pastor at the McLean Bible Church in Arlington, Virginia. He is the former senior editor of the Acton Institute’s PowerBlog and served as a communications specialist for the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention alongside Russell Moore. Pastor Carter is the author of The Life and Faith Field Guide for Parents and the editor of the NIV Lifehacks Bible.
