Welcome to The Citizen’s Brief

Our mission

The Citizen's Brief is a Christian political newsletter that facilitates discussions on kingdom engagement in the public square. We strive for truthful and informed perspectives on political events through our online publications and the Cross the Line podcast.

We believe that politics is not meant to be a hyper-partisan, fear-based exercise. Rather, we can engage fellow Americans on divisive issues with grace and truth, preserving our Christian witness while influencing the culture with the objective truth of Scripture. We must think critically and Christianly about politics to bring glory to God and love our neighbors well.
